Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping to Canada only. Orders shipped to other countries may be canceled or refunded if shipping is unavailable.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2β5 business days (MondayβFriday, excluding holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.
Processing time may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We work with suppliers and shipping partners to deliver your order directly from our supplier.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email (if available).
You can track your package using the provided tracking number.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For shipments to Canada, the customer may be responsible for import duties, customs fees, and local taxes.
These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are not refundable by our store.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at bhclients06@gmail.com.
We will assist in investigating with the carrier or supplier.
Address Errors
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer.
